- I have thousands of board feet of lumber but it is only air dried. Most people desire kiln dried, especially for furniture. I believe based on past conversations that adding a kiln to my operation, and offering kiln drying services would enhance my prospects of properity.

- In the area of historic restoration, I'd be interested in applying for grant monies, esp. in regards to providing millwork for older homes that tie in with Vermont's unique history and heritage. Specifically, federal style houses (such as the Stone House museum in N. E. Kingdom) are of interest to me, as well as the preservation of woodwork in historic churches throughout the state of Vermont.

- Marketing grants. I need help getting grant money to advertise, make website upgrades, postage for brochures, lists of interior designers and architects, funds to attend shows.

- I need to raise money for the solar kiln and woodshop. It would be set up as a for-profit entity within Shelburne Farms Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of Shelburne Farms, a non-profit environmental education organization. I don't know if money is available for this type of organizational setup.
